Singing and Talking

Morgan and Hattie have really started playing together which is so wonderful to see. Morgan really is such a great big sister. She helps Hattie get toys, helps her get up on things and really watches out for her. That doesn't mean that we don't have our sister moments. I have had to intervene several knock down drag out fights between the two of them...but, I think that just comes with the territory.



One thing they have started doing is playing ring around the rosy together. It is really adorable. Morgan sings the song and Hattie tries to sing along with her. Of course their favorite part is "they all fall down."



One of Morgan's favorite songs to sing right now is Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious from Mary Poppins. I love to hear her sing that song. She only knows a few lines of the song but she does a pretty good job. We will be walking around the mall or in the grocery store and she just sings away. I love the sound of her sweet little voice.



Hattie's favorite thing to say right now (besides no) is "I did it." She gets so proud of herself when she does something, like get on the couch by herself...or whatever it might be. It is so precious to hear her little voice. Another favorite word right now is "juice." It is pretty cute, she pucker ups her lips and says "juisssse." Morgan has even started saying it like her.
