Yesterday Hattie turned ten months old. I can hardly believe that in less than two months we will celebrating her one year birthday. I know I say this all the time but it seems like days...weeks...months are just flying by. It seems as if she is hitting a new milestone every day.
She is talking, laughing and obviously crawling. She has mastered pulling up...and is pulling up on everything. She likes to climb as well. She loves to climb on Morgan's little chair. It is so adorable...she gets such a sense of satisfaction when she gets to the top. She looks around and smiles thinking "look at what I just did...I am so big!" Just yesterday I noticed she is gaining the confidence to start cruising as well. Going from my legs to the couch to the coffee table. She has also mastered the wave. When you say hello and goodbye she knows she is supposed to wave. It is so precious. Then on Saturday she figured out how to clap. She gets such a kick out of clapping and the reaction she gets from everyone when she does it. And the last milestone that is not new is that she knows her name. I can't quite remember the exact day when I noticed it, but she will definitely turn her head when you call her name.
She is just a sponge. Learning and growing and changing every day. She brings us so much joy. I would have to say though my favorite thing she does right now is laugh. She will laugh at anything, she cracks herself up. It is hard to be in a bad mood about anything when you hear that precious little laugh.
